Shipping policy
Fulfillment times:
- Your order will be processed within 2-10 business days after order placement.
- Your jewelry is hand made to order, this means that if we do not have your item on hand to ship right away we will send your order to our designers who will begin working on your jewelry.
- Once jewelry is complete, your order will ship to you, this typically takes 4-6 weeks after you've placed your order with us.
- If necessary, our fulfillment team will notify you of any additional unforeseen delays. If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation after this time, please be sure to check your spam folder before reaching out!
Domestic Packages:
- Shipping times usually takes 4–15 business days due to COVID19 precautions taken by the mail carriers.
- We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
- Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam have higher shipping costs due to transport fees.
International Packages:
- International orders can take 10–20 business days to be delivered (if your package is held at customs, it can take 4–10 weeks).
- We are not responsible for international custom taxes. These vary by country and we are unable to offer any tax quotes.
- International orders over $300 are sent via UPS. This allows your order to get to you much faster with less time waiting in customs, as well as being insured for the full amount with signature tracking. We also provide CUSMA forms for orders to Canada and Mexico.
- All international orders over $300 in value require signature delivery.

Orders under $300 have the option to select USPS first class mail international, though this is not recommended.
Insurance + Signature Confirmation:
- Starting January 1st 2020, we are including mandatory insurance on orders $300.00 + or more. The amount that you pay will be auto-adjusted based on your order amount.
- This will include a signature confirmation at delivery along with up-to-date tracking. We are adding this feature to give you peace of mind when placing a large purchase order, and offer coverage in case of any unforeseen incident during shipping.
- If your order is under $300.00 you still have the option to add signature delivery. We always recommend this option because we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
