Please see your local piercing specialist to assist you with finding the designer of your item, most piercers that work with quality body jewelry will know who made your jewelry and can assist you with using the designers warranty if they offer one.
Jewelry is made up of moving parts and is. foreign object either in or on the body, for this reason, we do not warranty and are not responsible for lost items. We recommend you get jewelry insurance with your own provider for this kind of incident.
Piercings we provide are a puncture wound performed in a sterile setting, using sterile gloves, a sterile field, Optim disinfectant, with jewelry and other supplies needed sterilized in a Statim autoclave. For this reason, along with the paperwork you sign in our office, we are not responsible for infections nor would it be possible for you to acquire an infection on behalf of our doing due to the protocols and techniques used.
We are not responsible for treating, diagnosing or troubleshooting infections and other reactions as this is out of our professional scope.
We take every step possible to prevent any reaction or infection being caused by our practices or jewelry, therefor infection and complications are the responsibility and cause of the client once you leave the studio.
